I made from delicate cotton shirts with disturbingly beautiful burnt marks. They deal with loss and the experience and language of pain, both of which have been important concepts to my work. Other ideas that I explore are the ways in which culture is classified, I call it museology, and the body and power. The glass shoe box where I focused on the body and power though the use of hair, tissues paper dresses, the tulips that felt like skin. The piece implied decay, language and estrangement within the museum and body.
